• No, You do not need and anything special. You probably already have what you need. All you need is.
• Printer - Any ink-jet or laser printer (color or black and white) with a resolution of 300 dpi or more is able to print tickets. Use 8.5 x 11 plain white paper for best results. (If you are unsure of your printer's resolution/dpi, check the printer manual.)

If more than one copy arrived at the event, the barcode scanner will alert the attendant that the ticket has already been scanned. If there is a dispute, the purchaser's name and the last four-digits of the credit card used to make the purchase is on each ticket.

What if I cannot print my tickets?

• If for some reasons you were not able to print your tickets, then log in to your account and go to "My Account" section on the top and click on "Your Tickets" button, It will show you a list of all the tickets you bought, from here you can select the ticket and print it again.
