Welcome to meraTicket.com™. The following are the rules or "Terms" that govern use of the meraTicket.com™ Web site ("Site"). By using or visiting the Site, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and to follow these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations governing the Site. meraTicket Corporation and meraTicket.com™ (collectively "meraTicket") reserve the right to change these Terms at any time, effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Please check this page of the Site periodically. If you violate these Terms of Use, meraTicket™ may terminate your use of the Site, bar you from future use of the Site, cancel your ticket order, and/or take appropriate legal action against you.
HOLDER VOLUNTARILY ASSUMES ALL RISKS AND DANGER INCIDENTAL TO THE EVENT OF WHICH THE TICKET IS ISSUED. WHETHER OCCURRING PRIOR TO, DURING OR AFTER THE EVENT. HOLDER VOLUNTARILY AGREES THAT THE MANAGEMENT, FACILITY, LEAGUE, PARTICIPANTS, PARTICIPATING CLUBS, MERATICKET, AND ALL OF THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, OWNERS AND EMPLOYEES ARE EXPRESSLY RELEASED BY HOLDER FROM ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM SUCH CAUSES.
KEEP YOUR TICKET IN A SAFE PLACE AS YOU WOULD MONEY OR REGULAR TICKETS. MERATICKET IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INCONVENIENCE CAUSED BY UNAUTHORISED DUPLICATION. IN THE EVENT THAT DUPLICATE COPIES APPEAR, THE FACILITY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ENTRY TO ALL TICKET HOLDERS AND MAY CREDIT THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER THE FACE VALUE WHICH WILL CONSTITUE FULL REMUNERATION. THE EVENT DATE AND TIME IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOITCE.
In conformance with some local requirements or ceratin facility rules, alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, controlled substances, cameras, recording devices, bundles and containers of any kind may not brought into the premises. The ticket cannot be replaced if lsot, stolen or destroyed, and is valid only for the event and seat for which it is issued. The ticket is not transferable or redeemable for cash. It is unlawful to reproduce the ticket in any form. Unless indicated otherwise, price includes all applicable taxes and/or cash discounts (if available)
In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling of the applicable event, management shall not be required to issue a refund.
Management reserves the right, without the refund of any portion of the ticket purchase price, to refuse admission to or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by management to be disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language or who fails to comply with these or other management rules. Breach of any of the foregoing will automatically terminate this license. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREIN. EVENT DATE AND TIME SUBJECT TO CHANGE. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED.
In most cases the tickets you order from meraTicket.com™ will be above the actual face value printed on the ticket. All prices are in US dollars.
meraTicket.com™ is an independent, privately owned company engaged in the business of buying and selling FIRST-RATE tickets at a premium and is in no way affiliated with Ticketmaster, any Theatre, Box office, or Arena. All prices quoted by meraTicket.com™ include All service charges and reflect our cost of obtaining quality seating.
Please note that though in most cases the exact tickets you ordered will be set aside for you, it is possible that the same seat locations could be ordered just prior to the order you are placing. In the event that the seats you ordered become unavailable we will make every effort to place you in comparable seats and in some cases upgrade your seats.
Please note that if the seats you ordered online are not available you are under no obligation to purchase other seats that we may offer to you.
We specialize in providing our valued customers with premium seats to sold out events, however we also carry tickets to events for those on a budget and in some cases tickets may be below the printed face value.
All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges or cancellations on purchasers part. However, if the event you purchased tickets to is cancelled a full refund will be issued. If an event you purchased tickets for is postponed your tickets will be honored on the new date and a refund will not be available.
Please allow a ten (10) day grace period from date of purchase for charges or credits to post to your account. meraTicket.com™ is not responsible for fees and/or penalties imposed by any financial institution while an order is being verified.
Holder agrees by use of the ticket bought from meraTicket.com™, not to transmit or aid in transmitting any description, account, picture, or reproduction of the game, performance, exhibition or event for which this ticket is issued. Holder acknowledges that the event may be broadcast or otherwise publicized, and hereby grants permission to utilize holder's image or likeness in connection with any live or recorded transmission or reproduction of such event.
